TORONTO — Toronto Police are reporting that a man has died after being hit by a window that fell while being lifted by a crane.
The incident occurred in the Pond Road and James Gillies Street neighbourhood of Toronto near York University. Toronto Fire and Toronto emergency crews were called to the scene and the man was pronounced dead.
The initial call to the police came after 11 a.m.
