LONDON, ONT. — Mandlowitz Training Inc., based in London, Ont., has announced the launch of its new WSIB Education Program for Employers, branded as WSIB PRO.
The firm is a companion company to Mandlowitz Consulting and Paralegal Services. The new program is a “proactive and responsive policy to support (employers’) corporate culture, ensure a worker-centred approach, and facilitate early and safe return to work,” stated a release.
The firm’s six-module program will provide employers with tools to establish or enhance their written workplace WSIB policies; manage workplace issues in a proactive manner, without the need for external professionals; and investigate and report accidents in a worker-centric approach based on best practices.
The program also supports managing the claims process according to Ontario law and WSIB policy, and being prepared for most WSIB scenarios with a comprehensive written policy.
