The owner/general contractor is Bastion Development Corp. The architect is DIALOG. The project includes five storeys above grade and two below. The development will include 98 condo units, commercial retail space at grade and underground parking. Consulting engineers on the project include Weiler Smith Bowers (structural), Jade West Engineering Co. Ltd. (mechanical), Nemetz (S/A) & Associates Ltd. (electrical), JRS Engineering Ltd. and CFT Engineering Inc.
