Below-grade work progresses on the West Village condominiums phase one in the former City of Etobicoke, now in Toronto.
Tridel Corporation is owner builder of the two-tower project, one is 27 storeys and the other 30 storeys, with above and below-grade parking. The project will have a fitness centre, outdoor lounge, a pool, a party room and the two towers will be connected by a podium.
Completion has been scheduled for 2013 and the project was designed by Rafael and Bigauskas Architects Inc. Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners Ltd. (structural) Trace Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical).
