Work is progressing for the Qube Condos on the Queensway in Toronto, Ont.
The owner is Qube Condos Inc. and Morex Construction is the general contractor. The work includes one eight-storey building with 74 units and two levels of underground parking. There will also be retail on the ground floor, a residents’ lounge and a fitness facility. Completion is scheduled for early 2015 and the project was designed by Romanov Romanov Architects Inc.
Consultants are: KO & Partners Ltd. (structural) and CBM Engineering Group (mechanical/electrical). Subcontractors include: Yukon Construction Inc. (forming); Dufferin Concrete: Mayfair Electric Ltd. and Aluminum Window Design.
