Glass now covers the second tower of the Hullmark Corporate Centre in North York, Ont. Deltera Inc. is general contractor for the two-tower, mixed-use project that includes condominiums, office/retail space, a recreation centre, fitness centre, a theatre, private dining lounge and five levels of underground parking.
Hullmark Developments Ltd. and Tridel Corp. are the owners and completion has been scheduled for late 2014. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects. Consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Novatrend Engineering Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and R V Anderson Associates Ltd. (civil). Subcontractors include: Progreen Demolition; Coreydale Contracting Co. (excavation); Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.; Verdi Alliance (formwork); Metrix Ready-Mix Concrete; Toro Aluminum (glass/glazing); and ThyssenKrupp Elevator Ltd.
