Window installation has reached the top floor of the Theatre Park condominium project on King Street West in Toronto, Ont.
Owners Lamb Development Corp./Niche Development Inc. along with Harhay Construction Management Ltd. have completion of the 47-storey, 240-unit project scheduled for late 2014. The tower will include fitness facilities, a pool, a five star hotel and five levels of underground parking. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are: Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical); II by IV Design Associates Inc. (interior) and Martin Wade Landscape Architect/Juhan Marten Landscape Architect. (landscape).
