Construction manager for the seven-storey boutique building with 64 units is TMG Builders Inc. The building will have a lounge, an outdoor terrace and parking is provided by the way of 14 triple car stackers. Carlyle Communities is the owner/developer and the architect for the project is RAW Design. Consultants are: Blackwell Structural Engineers; Fabian Papa and Partners Inc.
