Exterior work progresses on the Fuse Condominiums in Toronto. Fuse Development Corp. is the developer and TMG Builders Inc. the construction manager.
The project includes one 27-storey tower being built behind an original warehouse that will have a Food Basics grocery store and a Shoppers Drug Mart as well as one 23-storey tower containing a bank branch. There will be approximately 580 units in total and two levels underground parking in each tower. The third floor will have a gym, yoga studio, lounge/library, a theatre and an event room with an outdoor terrace. The project was designed by Barrett Architect Inc. and consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural) and CSEI Comfort Solutions (mechanical/electrical). Subtrades include: JMS Forming Ltd.; RES Precast Inc.; Campoli Electric Ltd.; Associated Mechanical Trades Inc. and Aluminum Window Designs Ltd.
