Work has reached the top floor on the Upper House Condos at Laird Drive and Millwood Road in the Leaside area of Toronto.
Knightstone Capital Management Inc. is the developer of the seven-storey boutique building with 74 suites and it is being constructed by SKYGRiD Construction Inc. Units on the ground level will have landscaped patios and amenities include a fitness centre, residents’ lounge with kitchen and dining area, a party room, fitness facility, rooftop terrace and dog spa. The project was designed by Kearns Mancini Architects Inc. Chase International Consultants Design Inc. is the interior designer and the landscape architect is Fleisher Ridout Partnership Inc. Subtrades include CBM (concrete supply).
