PHOTO: Building the Bridgewater

Construction is progressing at the Bridgewater Residences on the Lake in Burlington, Ont.

Developer/general contractor of the project is New Horizon Development Group and the work includes a 22-storey condominium, a seven-storey condominium and a four-star Marriott hotel. There will also be ground-floor commercial space, a fitness room, guest suites, a lounge, boardroom, party room, a restaurant and an outdoor terrace. The project was designed by Page + Steele/IBI Group Architects and the interior design is by Gluckstein Design. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural) and exp Services Inc. (mechanical/electrical).
