Exterior work moves up on tower two of the 2150 Condos as tower three starts to rise in the background at Birchmount Road and Lawrence Avenue in Scarborough, Ont.
General contractor for the project is VHL Developments Inc. The overall project on the site of a former car dealership includes three towers with a total of 591 units, a second floor party room, fitness facilities, a guest suite, roof deck with barbecue area, a swimming pool, sauna, landscaped courtyard and an outdoor playground. Some suites on the ground level will have their own private yards. The architect for the project is Master Building Inc. Consultants are Barber Design Shop (interior) and M & M Design Consultants (landscape). Subtrades include Dufferin Concrete and Mykon Electric Ltd.
