Work is underway on the St. Lawrence Condominiums on Front Street in Toronto.

The developers are Cityzen Development Group/Fernbrook Homes and TMG Builders is the construction manager. The project is an integrated mixed-use, high development complex consisting of two 26-storey towers on a connecting podium totalling 482 residential units and three levels of underground parking. The St. Lawrence Condos is also home to retail and amenity spaces including a billiards lounge, home theatre, library lounge, fitness facilities, guest suites, a rooftop terrace with a pool and party room. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and the landscape architect is Terraplan. Consultants are Sigmund Soudack and Associates (structural), M.V. Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and Cole Engineering (civil). Subtrades include GFL Environmental, Anchor Shoring and Paramount Structures.
