STOUFFVILLE, ONT. — Construction has officially started on Geranium’s Vista Flats and Towns residential community in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ont.
A total of 120 condominium one-level flats and two-storey townhomes will be built.
Vista is Phase 9, and the final phase of Geranium’s The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point community, which won Best Places to Grow — Community of the Year from the Building Industry and Land Development Association in 2014.
The Neighbourhoods of Cardinal Point started in 2009 with the construction of a large community park before any homes were built, states a release issued by Geranium.
Vista is located alongside protected greenspace and a stormwater management pond, is adjacent to 30 kilometres of trails, and is within a few minutes’ drive of shopping, dining and GO Transit service, the release reads.
