Work is progressing on The Arc Condos at the Daniels Erin Mills development in Mississauga, Ont.
The Daniels Corporation is the developer of the 19-storey tower with over 300 suites and three levels of underground parking. The tower will also have commercial and office space located in a five storey podium and amenities include a full-court gymnasium and fitness centre, a bar lounge, an outdoor terrace with barbecues and gardening plots. The project was designed by Kirkor Architects & Planners and the interior design is by HOK. Consultants are CPE Structural Consultants Ltd. (structural) and The HIDI Group (mechanical/electrical).
