MONTREAL — Builder Omnia Technologies has announced it will be undertaking a new 24-storey condo project at the corner of Rene-Levesque Boulevard and Mackay Street in downtown Montreal.
Partners in the “boutique” project are financial partner Claridge and architects Geiger Huot, said a recent statement. The project’s official launch will be in March.
Branded as the Enticy condos, the design is said to feature significant natural light and will offer such amenities as a heated rooftop pool and patio, a gym and five appliances in every unit.
The Enticy includes 185 condo units in studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms, with townhouses located on the ground floor.
“Enticy is a modern and upscale condo project providing living spaces and a solid investment, with a prime location in downtown Montreal. Whether for first-time buyers, investors, parents of students studying nearby or professionals looking for a part-time place close to work in the city, Enticy offers exceptional value for money,” said Jean-Francois Beaulieu, president of Omnia Technologies, in the release.
