Window installation is underway on the East United Condos at Berkeley and Adelaide streets in Toronto. SigNature Communities, Berkshire Axis Development and Andiel Homes along with Elite Construction are constructing the 24-storey, 289-unit tower with a podium and six townhomes while incorporating the historic Christie, Brown & Co. stables building built in 1906. Amenities will include a workshop, wellness zone, party room, private jam room and rooftop terrace. It will also have retail on the ground floor and office space on the first two floors. The architects for the project are Giovanni A. Tassone Architect and Giannone Petricone Associates. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), Able Engineering Inc. (mechanical/electrical) and Strybos Barron King Ltd. (landscape).
