TORONTO — Cadillac Fairview and the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) held a ground-breaking ceremony at the site of their mixed-use project at 160 Front St. W. in Toronto on April 24.
The office tower will include 1.2-million square feet of office space and 12,290 square feet of retail space with the TD Bank Group recently signed to a long-term lease to occupy 840,000 square feet on 33 of the 46 floors.
The project, which is targeted for completion in 2022, was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture in collaboration with B+H Architects. The designers are aiming to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL Building Standard certifications.
