Work is moving along on the last two towers of the 2150 Condos at Birchmount Road and Lawrence Avenue in Scarborough, Ont.
VHL Developments Inc. is the general contractor for the project that is being built on the site of a former car dealership. The overall project includes three towers with a total of 591 units, a second-floor party room, fitness facilities, a guest suite, roof deck with barbecue area, a swimming pool, a sauna, a landscaped courtyard and an outdoor playground. Some suites on the ground level will have their own private yards. The architect for the project is Master Building Inc. and consultants are Barber Design Shop (interior) and M & M Design Consultants (landscape). Subtrades include Dufferin Concrete and Mykon Electric Ltd.
