Work is moving along on the office and retail project 80 Atlantic Ave. in Toronto.
Developer of the five-storey timber-frame building that will contain office space and retail with two levels of underground parking is Hullmark Developments Ltd. and Eastern Construction Ltd. is the construction manager. Completion has been scheduled for mid-2019 and the project was designed by Quadrangle and Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. is the structural consultant. Subtrades include Timmerman Timberworks Inc. (timber frame installer) and Nordic Structures (supplier of the glulam columns and beams).
