MONTREAL — The official groundbreaking ceremony for Enticy, the boutique condo project located in Montreal, took place recently.
The 24-storey project from Omnia Technologies will have 185 condo units with studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms units, as well as townhouses located on the ground floor, stated a release.
The Enticy will rise at the corner of Rene-Levesque Boulevard and Mackay Street in downtown Montreal.
Partners in the construction project are financial collaborator Claridge Real Estate and architect Geiger Huot.
Alain Desgagne from INNEDESIGN worked on interior design.
