Facade work is underway at the PJ Condos on Adelaide Street West in Toronto.
Pinnacle International is the owner/construction manager of the 48-storey tower with 366 suites, a six-storey podium with retail and underground parking. Amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub, a party room, a fitness centre and yoga room. Architects for the project are Hariri Pontarini Architects and Turner Fleischer Architects. Consultants are: Urban Strategies Inc.; Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MV Shore Associates (1993) Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and Janet Rosenberg + Studio (landscape). Subtrades include Michael Bros. Excavating and Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.
