Concrete pouring continues at the Bianca Condos being built on the site of the old Mono Lino Typesetting building and a former Wing’s factory on Dupont Street in Toronto.

The owner is Tridel Group and the construction manager is Deltera Inc. The project includes a nine-storey, 216-suite boutique building with two levels of underground parking and retail on the ground floor. Amenities will include a party lounge with private dining room, a pool on a landscaped rooftop terrace and a fitness facility. The architects for the project are Teeple Architects Inc. and Kirkor Architects & Planners. Consultants are Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural), MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical and electrical), and II BY IV DESIGN (interior). Subtrades include GFL Environmental (demolition).
