QUEBEC CITY — The Canadian chain Germain Hotels has announced a new $50-million round of investment in ALT Canada Investment Partnership L.P., enabling the firm to continue its expansion of the Alt Hotels brand across Canada.
Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec was the lead investor on the transaction, along with other private and institutional investors including Investissement Quebec, Fonds de solidarite FTQ, iA Financial Group and La Capitale, stated a Dec. 20 release.
