Site work is underway at the St. Clair Village project by Canderel Residential and Kingsett Capital on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
The builder is Gillam Group and the project includes one 12 storey, 122 suite midrise building also containing co-working space. The amenities will include a fitness centre, indoor/outdoor multipurpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace. Completion has been scheduled for fall 2021.The project was designed by Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Subtrades include Shor-Cais Foundation Contractors (shoring) and Active Excavating.
