Window work has reached the top floor of the Zen King West Condos on Western Battery Road in Toronto.

The project by CentreCourt Developments Inc. includes a 31-storey, 538-suite tower with ground floor retail and six levels of underground parking. Amenities will include a 5,000-square-foot gym with running track and a zen spa. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); MCW/AGE Consulting Engineers (mechanical/electrical); and Figure 3 (interior design). Subtrades include: Structform (formwork); Leader Plumbing (mechanical); Panson Electric; Titan Mechanical (HVAC); Torino Drywall; and State Window Corp.
