A section of formwork gets set in place at the Sugar Wharf Condominiums, part of a mixed-use community on Toronto’s waterfront by Menkes Development Ltd. and Greystone Managed Investments.
The residences will range from 64 to 90 storeys, and, once complete, the project will encompass 11.5 acres. It will include luxury residences, offices, restaurants, shops, a two-acre park and a new school. The first two towers will have over 1,400 suites and underground parking. The amenities include a fitness centre, basketball court, party room and bar/lounge area, kids party room, social/games lounge, private theatre, hobby/art studio, music room, indoor hammock lounge, two hotel-styled guest suites and a rooftop terrace with barbecue and dining area. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are Cecconi Simone (interior design) and NAK Design Group (landscape design).
