Below-grade work is moving along at the Express Condos in Toronto.

The owner is Malibu Investments Inc. and the construction manager is Lomax Management Inc. The project includes one 16-storey, 265-suite tower with two levels of underground parking and a six-storey podium. The project architect is RAW Design and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); WSP (civil); Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical); Figure 3 (interior design); and NAK Design Group (landscape architect). Subtrades include: Zerem (electrical); Primo (mechanical); Titan (HVAC); Michael Bros (excavation); Ironstone (forming); Pro Drain (underground drains); and Tedesco (waterproofing).
