Concrete pumping takes place at the St. Clair Village Condos by Canderel Residential and Kingsett Capital on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
The builder is Gillam Group and the project includes one 12-storey, 122-suite mid-rise building containing a wine and co-working lounge with retail at grade. The amenities will include a fitness centre, indoor/outdoor multipurpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace. Completion has been scheduled for late 2021 and the project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Subtrades include Shor-Cais Foundation Contractors (shoring) and Active Excavating.
