Construction is moving up on the Time and Space condos in Toronto.
The owner is The Pemberton Group and the construction manager is Saddlebrook Management. The U-shaped project includes two 29-storey towers and two 19-storey towers with approximately 1,600 units and retail on the ground floor. There will also be one level of underground parking and 10 levels of above ground parking. Amenities include a fitness centre, theatre room, an outdoor dining area and a pool with cabanas. The project was designed by Wallman Architects Ltd. and consultants are Sigmund Soudack & Associates (structural), United Engineering Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and The Planning Partnership (landscape).
