Construction is progressing for the Upper East Village mixed-use development phase one on Eglinton Avenue East in Toronto.
The developers are Camrost-Felcorp/Diamond Corp. and the work includes one 21-storey, 283-suite tower and one 18-storey tower with 231 suites and three levels of underground parking. The amenities will include a fitness/yoga centre, indoor pool, party room, rooftop terrace with barbecues, a half-acre park with outdoor gardens and a fire pit lounge. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Odan Detech Group Inc. (civil), Powell & Bonnell (interior) and Janet Rosenberg (landscape).
