Construction continues to move on the rental tower at 299 Campbell Ave. in Toronto.
The developer is TAS Design Build and SKYGRiD Construction is the builder. The work includes one 15-storey tower with 235 rental suites atop a podium with retail on the ground floor and a new library that replaces the old Perth/Dupont library. Completion on the project has been scheduled for 2022. The project was designed by Teeple Architects and the library was designed by Building Arts Architects. Consultants are: Blackwell Structural Engineers, Able Engineering (mechanical/electrical), HOK (interior) and Ferris + Associates (landscape). Subtrades include Michael Bros. Excavating.
