Rebar work progresses for the Nordic condos on Wilson Aveune in Toronto.
The owner is Shiplake Management Company and the developer/construction manager is Collecdev. The work includes two 12-storey, connected mixed-use buildings with a total of 429 suites with an additional 160 rental units, including 10 to 12 affordable rental suites. There will also be office space and retail at grade. The architect for the project is gh3 Architects & Landscape Architect and consultants are Jablonsky AST and Partners (structural), MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical), Fabian Papa and Partners Inc (civil) and ESQAPE Design (interior). Subtrades include Orin Enterprises (demolition) and Roni Excavating.
