Policaro Group plans facility at Oro Station motorsport park
POLICARO—This Policaro Motorsport GT3 Cup Car will have a new home as Policaro Group builds a clubhouse and motorsport infrastructure at Oro Station in Oro-Medonte, Ont.

ORO-MEDONTE, ONT.—Policaro Group has announced plans to build a two-storey clubhouse at Oro Station Motor Circuit in Oro-Medonte, Ont. north of Barrie.

The facility will serve as Policaro Motorsport headquarters to host racing customers and support the group’s professional racing team.

The motor circuit is located in Oro Station, an Automotive Innovation Park slated to open to the public in 2023. The park will feature 500,000 square feet of industrial space dedicated to automotive research, engineering, education and development, including a 4.1-kilometre motor circuit.

The clubhouse will feature a multi-car paddock with an inspection and maintenance area and a guest and hospitality area with a balcony overlooking the Oro Station Motor Circuit.

“We can’t wait to share the thrill of racing with clients and motorsport enthusiasts across the province,” said Francesco Policaro, CEO of Policaro Group, in a statement. “The clubhouse will be our professional motorsport destination. From full performance services to watching our brands full-throttle on the track, it will demonstrate the heart of the Policaro Group.”

At the clubhouse, the Policaro Group will offer client motorsport experiences including rentals, arrive and drive, coaching and simulator training.
