Floors are moving up on the Merge Condominiums at Kingston Road and Danforth Avenue in Scarborough, Ont.
The mixed-use project by LCH Developments along with HighStar Building includes one 12-storey, 180-suite building with underground parking and ground floor retail. Amenities include a two-storey fitness and yoga centre, indoor private dining, a media centre, dog wash, full kitchen and bar, a rooftop terrace with lounge area, sun deck, firepit, dining space and two cabanas. The project was designed by RAW Design and the interior design is by Wiklém Design Inc. Consultants are: nexTrans Consulting Engineers Ltd.; KLM Planning Partners Inc.; Lithos Group Inc. (civil); Stephenson Engineering (structural); Remy Consulting Engineers Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); and PMA Landscape Architects.
