WINDSOR, ONT.—Bobcat of Windsor, part of the Oaken Equipment Bobcat dealer network, will celebrate its new 10,000-square-foot dealership, designed and constructed by Rosati Construction Inc., with a grand opening Dec. 7.
Located on Rhodes Drive, the new Bobcat dealership is constructed on a three acre property with exposure along the EC Row Expressway, the company said in a statement.
Oaken Equipment, a family-owned business, entered the Windsor market following the Bobcat Dealership purchase from Carrier Centers in September 2020. Bobcat of Windsor is now part of Canada’s largest Bobcat dealer network which includes two Bobcat of Toronto locations, Bobcat of Barrie, and soon-to-open Bobcat of Muskoka.
Bobcat of Windsor also carries the torch of the first Bobcat dealership in Canada, which began as Jacobs Farm Equipment in 1972, adds the release. Oaken provides a full-service construction and grounds maintenance equipment dealership, offering new and used equipment sales, in-shop and road service equipment maintenance, parts sales and equipment rentals in Windsor-Essex.
Rosati Construction Inc., a family-owned business established in 1969, which specializes in industrial and commercial design/build projects, machine foundations and construction management, was chosen as the design-build contractor for the new dealership.
