Shiplake Management Company is the owner and the developer/construction manager is Collecdev. The work includes two connected 12-storey, mixed-use buildings with a total of 429 suites with an additional 160 rental units, including 10 to 12 affordable rental suites. There will also be office space and retail at grade. The architect for the project is gh3 Architects & Landscape Architect and consultants are: Jablonsky AST & Partners (structural); MCW Consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Fabian Papa and Partners Inc (civil); and ESQAPE Design (interior). Subtrades include Orin Enterprises (demolition) and Roni Excavating.
