Ground broken on McAlvain Construction North Ranch Business Park in Idaho

BOISE, IDAHO—McAlvain Construction, a Boise-based construction firm and independently managed entity of Big-D Construction, recently broke ground on the newest addition to the North Ranch Business Park in Idaho.

The new 304,000-square-foot building will be the largest building to date in Caldwell, Idaho and will serve as an industrial space that will provide the area with a number of new jobs. The project is slated for completion in late 2022.

The building is part of the 115-acre mixed-use development, which will also include retail, medical and office space.

“We are thrilled to be part of the team working on the North Ranch Business Park,” said Jim Rowley, chief operations officer for McAlvain Construction, in a statement. “The central location and size of the development will be able to accommodate the continuous growth in Caldwell, as well as the surrounding cities of Nampa and Middleton for years to come.”
