TORONTO—Toronto-based Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has announced that the new Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is now accepting reservations with an anticipated opening date in June.
The hotel will offer 222 guest rooms and suites. Hotel and guest room interiors were designed by Smallwood and restaurant interiors and pool deck bar styling were by AvroKO, stated a release.
The building’s uppermost floors offer 34 Four Seasons Private Residences. Besides the pool, hotel amenities will include spaces for hosting business and social events, two ballrooms, a street-front restaurant, a spa and a fitness centre with movement studio and indoor pool.
The hotel is located at the top of the pedestrian Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis adjacent to the Mississippi River.
“Like the building itself, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis will be warm, inviting and filled with light, engaging in local culture, encouraging connections and setting a new standard for luxury hospitality in the city,” said Antoine Chahwan, president of hotel operations for Americas East with Four Seasons, in a statement.
Four Seasons currently operates 122 hotels and resorts, and 48 residential properties in major city centres and resort destinations in 47 countries, and with more than 50 projects under planning or development.
