Work continues for the Auberge on the Park Condos phase one and two in Toronto.
The owners are Tridel Group/Rowntree Enterprises Inc. and the construction manager is Deltera Inc. This phase includes one 45 storey tower and one 29 storey with a total of 642 suites being built on the former site of the Inn on the Park Hotel which was demolished. The towers will be connected at grade by a podium with 20, three-storey townhouse units. There will be a single interconnected below-grade parking structure and amenities will include a fitness centre, areas for cardio and yoga as well as an indoor spa. Atop the five storey podium there will be an outdoor amenity deck offering grills and seating for “al fresco” dining, a shade trellis structure and an outdoor pool. The project was designed by Graziani + Corazza Architect. Consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); Trace Engineering Ltd (mechanical/electrical); RV Anderson Associates Ltd. (civil); II by IV Design Inc. (interior); and Scott Torrance Landscape Architects.
