Balcony work moves up at The Whitney on Redpath rental building in Toronto.
The owner is Benvenuto Group and the construction manager is Reliance Construction. The project includes one 21-storey rental building with 180 units atop a three-storey podium containing amenities/retail and four levels of underground parking. The project was designed by NEUF architect(e)s CMV Group Architects joint venture. Consultants are LEA Consulting Ltd. (structural); Integral Group Ltd. (mechanical/electrical); Patton Design Studio (interior); and Ferris + Associates Inc. (landscape). Subtrades include: Roni Excavating, GFL, and Deep Foundations Contractors Inc.
