BIG-D CONSTRUCTION—The Reserve at Mendota Village, a four-storey, 58-unit apartment building in Mendota Heights, Minn., will offer a variety of floor plans and amenities such as a community room, rooftop deck, virtual gaming simulator, fitness center and yoga studio. The building is being constructed by Big-D Midwest in collaboration with At Home Apartments and Collage Architects.

ST. PAUL, MINN.—Ground has been broken on The Reserve at Mendota Village, the second phase of a multi-family project located in Mendota Heights, Minn., marking the eighth multi-family project that Big-D Midwest Construction has collaborated on with At Home Apartments and Collage Architects.

Slated to be completed in the summer of 2023, the four-storey building consists of a 58-unit apartment building and offers a variety of floor plans including one- and two-bedroom units, as well as single bedroom units with a den.

It will also include a community room, rooftop deck, virtual gaming simulator, fitness center and yoga studio. Residents of the new phase will also have access to the amenities in the first phase, which include an outdoor pool with terrace, wine bar and lounge and sky lounge and deck.

“The Reserve at Mendota Village is a vibrant and sophisticated apartment community located in the heart of Mendota Heights and this second phase only adds to this one-of-a-kind property,” said Leanna Stefaniak, president, real estate and development and general counsel with At Home Apartments, in a statement. “Phase II will complement the existing Reserve in every way and will provide additional first-class amenities for all our residents to enjoy – truly making The Reserve a destination community.”
