MONT-TREMBLANT, QUE. — Developer Harden and partners have announced plans to build a community of 54 homes 12 kilometres from Mont-Tremblant in Quebec.
Harden is working with Anna-Isabelle Morency-Botello and Louis-Philippe Therrien, owners of a property management company. The 193-acre project is billed as Domaine Johannsen and will focus on low environmental impact, stated a release. The architecture will be Scandinavian style.
The project will be launched Oct. 2. Lots will be available starting at $89,000.
“Not only does this project offer the warm atmosphere of a northern village, it also opens the door to an array of quaint boutiques and sunny terraces, a wide range of winter and summer sports activities, an abundance of restaurants and two internationally renowned schools,” stated Anna-Isabelle Morency-Botello.
