The owner is Malibu Investments Inc. and the construction manager is Lomax Management Inc. The project includes two 16 storey towers with a total of over 650 suites with underground parking in both towers and a six-storey podium. The architect for the project is RAW Design and consultants are: Jablonsky, Ast & Partners (structural); WSP (civil); Smith + Andersen (mechanical/electrical); Figure 3 (interior design); and NAK Design Group (landscape architect). Subtrades include: Zerem (electrical); Primo (mechanical); Titan (HVAC); Michael Bros. Excavating; Ironstone (forming); Pro Drain (underground drains); and Tedesco (waterproofing).
