Scaffolding now covers the building as work continues for the St. Clair Village Condos by Canderel Residential and Kingsett Capital on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.
The construction manager is Reliance Construction and the work includes one 12-storey, 122-suite mid-rise building containing a wine and co-working lounge with retail on the ground floor. The amenities will include a fitness centre, an indoor/outdoor multi-purpose area and a furnished rooftop terrace. The project was designed by BDP Quadrangle Architects Ltd. Subtrades include Shor-Cais Foundation Contractors (shoring), Active Excavating and Dufferin Concrete.
