The development also includes the preservation of two office buildings, which were recently awarded BOMA BEST Sustainable Building certifications, and 1.2 acres of new public parkland.

LSQ2 and LSQ1 are intended to be gateways into the community at Sheppard and Victoria Park. The two buildings were designed by Wallman Architects, with interiors by Truong Ly Design.

Amenities will include children’s play areas, a games room, sauna and steam facilities, indoor-outdoor fitness area, indoor and outdoor lounges and party areas, barbecue area, dining room, co-working lounge, recording/podcast studio, pet wash station and media room and sports lounge. Conveniences will include mail and parcel storage, lockers and concierge services.

LSQ2 features condominium residences ranging from 459 square feet to 1,185 square feet. Prices are from the $600s.
