BRAMPTON, ONT. — The City of Brampton in Ontario has announced Axium Packaging Inc. is building a new manufacturing facility in the city.
Axium is spending $80 million on the project, stated a release. The new site is Axium’s first plant in Brampton.
The new facility is expected to open in July 2024. The firm designs packaging including plastic containers, tubes, caps and decorating services.
Axium has 20 manufacturing plants in the United States, Canada and Mexico and employs over 3,600 workers. Its corporate headquarters is in New Albany, Ohio.
