MONTREAL — Montreal-based Brivia Group has announced it has entered a partnership with Quebec’s Ipso Facto Investissement Immobilier for phase one of 1 Square Phillips, a condominium project in downtown Montreal.
The project will be delivered starting in spring 2024, stated a release.
At the same time, Brivia Group also announced the completion of the construction financing for phase two of the project through a banking syndicate led by BMO. Phase two sales were launched in 2022 and the developer said sales have progressed in line with the company’s objectives.
The 21-storey tower of phase two will be added to the perimeter of the 61-storey main tower of phase one. Construction of phase one reached the milestone of the tower’s 61st floor in July.
Phase two will offer 440 condo units on Sainte-Catherine Street at the Quartier des Spectacles. The designer is MSDL Architects.
“Backed by a banking syndicate led by BMO for the project’s construction financing, this new strategic agreement testifies to our partners’ confidence in Montreal’s long-term real estate market and our collective determination to raise the standards of residential excellence in our dynamic city,” stated Kheng Ly, CEO of Brivia Group, in a statement.
