Window installation is moving up at the Bread Company Condos on McCaul Street in Toronto.
The owner/construction manager is Lamb Development Corp. and the work includes demolition of the former Silverstein’s bakery to make way for a 20 storey tower with 309 suites, three levels of underground parking and retail. Amenities include a fitness centre, yoga studio, co-working space and a tech centre. The project was designed by architectsAlliance and consultants are Jablonsky Ast & Partners (structural); Nemetz & Associates Ltd. (mechanical); Reinbold Engineering Group (electrical); Counterpoint Engineering Inc. (civil); U31 Inc. (interior); and Marten-Nikzad Landscape Architects.
