Work continues way up at the Concord Canada House Condos at Concord CityPlace on Spadina Avenue in Toronto.
The owner is Concord Adex Developments and the construction manager is Reliance Construction. The project consists of two towers with over 1,300 suites above a podium and six-levels of underground parking. There will also be retail spaces, a restaurant, office space on the second floor, a sky gym, infinity dipping pool, sky banquet lounge, event and culinary kitchen, event dining room, multi-lane swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub, sauna, screening room, games room, outdoor barbecue, kid’s zone, pet zone and an ice rink. The project was designed by IBI Group and consultants are Read Jones Christoffersen (structural), MCW consultants Ltd. (mechanical/electrical) and WSP Canada Inc. (civil).
